GENERAL

Ÿ• The General Terms and Conditions of Stories Official apply to all offers, products, orders, agreements and deliveries of Stories Official.
• By ordering an items of Stories Official you agree to these conditions. On request of the client the Conditions can be sent to you. You can also check out the Conditions online on www.storiesofficial.com.

THE COLLECTION

• The collection of Stories Official contains a full and accurate description of all the products. Images on the website can always be slightly different from reality. Every Stories Official item is handmade from high quality leather. Because every hide is tanned naturally your leather item can come with some small marks.
• Every hide is carefully picked and checked with the utmost care before manufacturing. 
Ÿ• Leather is a natural product so colors and textures can deviate. Stories Official cannot guarantee that every item will correspond precisely with the picture.

AGREEMENT

Ÿ• The agreement becomes binding at the time you place your order.
• Stories Official has the right to refuse an order and dissolve an agreement.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

• Stories official wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase,. All returns must be made within 14 days from date of receipt. Unfortunately custom orders can’t be returned.
• The client needs to notify Stories Official within 14 days after receiving the order.
• Items should be returned unused and with all designer garment tags still attached to the item. Returns that are damaged, washed, dry-cleaned, marked or altered in any way will not be accepted. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags must be included with your return.
• The costs and responsibility are for your account.
• Stories Official reserves the right to refuse returned items.
The refund will take place after receipt and inspection within 14 days.

PRICING

• All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Euro (€) and are including 21% VAT and without shipping cost.
• Stories Official has the right to change prices who bound by fluctuations on the financial market and prices beyond their control.
•Ÿ While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. Stories Official, however, reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by email. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled.

COMPLIANT AND WARRENTY

Stories Official ensures that all products will comply with the requirements off the agreement and the given specifications. Stories officials are only responsible for their own delivered products.
Agreements between retailers and their customers are not the concern of Stories Official.
Any complaints, defects or wrong deliveries must be notified to Stories Official within 3 days after receiving. Returning the items must be completed within 7 days after delivery and with the original packaging and labels.
Warranty is void if the products shows:
1. Defect which is caused by improper use, if you or others have made or attempted to make changes to the product or used it in a way for which the article is not intended.
2. Leather is a natural product so colors and textures can deviate.
• Stories Official cannot guarantee that every item will correspond. This is not covered by warranty.
• If Stories Official justifies a complaint, Stories Official will replace or repair the item.

DELIVERY AND PROCES

Ÿ• Stories Official will ship and pack your order with the utmost care.
• If you accidentally entered an incorrect delivery address – and there are therefore extra costs – we calculate these additional costs on to you.
• Stories Official will send the order as quick as possible after payment of the agreement. Not later than 30 days after payment, the order will be delivered (within the Netherlands). If this is not possible, for whatever reason (because an article is temporarily out of stock for example) you will receive a message about this within 7 days.
The client has the right to cancel the order if so.

PAYMENT

Ÿ• Stories Official will send the order as quick as possible after payment of the agreement.
• The ordered items needs the be paid fully before delivery.
At Stories Official you can choose from four secure payment methods: iDeal, Paypal, Mastercard and Visa.
• Stories Official posts, accidentally, an incorrect price on the website – and it is clear that it is a mistake – we have the right to adapt. Even though you already ordered the article.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

• 
Every complaint reported to Stories Official must be reported to Stories Official within 3 days after receiving the complete description of the complaint must be fully and clearly described in 1 week after notifying Stories Official.
• Stories Official will notify the client within 14 days after receiving the complaint.
• If, for any reason, the processing time will be longer then 14 days, Stories Official will notify the client within 14 days with a indication when the clients can expect a answer.

All legal relations are exclusively governed by the Dutch law.

COPYRIGHT

Ÿ• All photos and images displayed by Stories Official are copyrighted. Without written permission from Stories Official photos and graphics cannot be reproduced and publicly used.
